Star Cast : Amithab Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Sarkar Raj, a sequel to Sarkar, is one of the best movies i have seen lately this year. I thought of writing this earlier.
Subhash Sarkar (Amitab Bachchan) is a proud father (king maker in politics) where his son has outperform his achievements within a short span. Anita (Aishwarya Rai), CEO of Sheppard Power Plant Intl. arrived with a mission to establish a 20,000 crore power plant in Maharashtra ( Tharkarwadi) and seek the help of Sarkar. Sarkar refuses the proposal where 40000 people get affected with it where the project covers 5 villages. However, Shankar (Abhishek Bachchan) has a long vision and thinks that it is a must for the development of Maharashtra. He made his father agree on the proposal. They had to first take the permission of Rao Saab who was the Guru of Sarkar and who is the major influence in the village. Anita and Shankar take up the challenge to convince the villages. Like in any political decision including people, obstacles came from different quarters. They attack the people…to attack on the ideology…what is the price they had to pay?
This is a must watch movie..
I prefer to watch the movie in the theatre.
If you wish to watch the movie the movie links are given below..
I was going through youtube which i normally do always and happen to get to this very beautiful and inspiring video.
The speaker in this video is a very famous and outstanding women of this century as i feel so is Mrs. Sudha Narayana Murthy, chairman of the Infosys foundation, a scholar, teacher, philanthropist, etc.. She talks about many things on Philanthropy especially in India. I think every body should listen to this as she talks about various aspects of Philanthropy and she says that its not easy to do this kind of social work in India because of various reasons. I should not be telling this here, its better to listen her. The video is here…
Coming to the title why i put it as “An Indian Approach” is because throughout the speech she hasn’t talked about any other country, she talks about India and its social problems, She is a true Indian. I am not trying to tell that this kind of work is not done in other countries but all i want to say is she wants to fix issues in India before talking or working on other countries.
I am very inspired by this speech and wish you too are and follow her steps in one way or the other in helping India to become a better country or any country to the sense.

As i am writing this i remember the dialouge of a old hindi movie starring Amitabh Bachchan.
“Aaj mere pass paisa hai, bank balance hai, prestige, gaadi aur sab kuch hai..kya hai tere pass” and then immediately Jeetendra says “Mere pass Maa hai”.
I think now when i recollect that dialouge that this is true in my case may be in most of the people’s case who are in US…
Let me start the blog with a brief introduction of who i am and why i am writing this blog..
I am Raghavendra and different people call me with different names, for example some call me Raghu may be most of all, and some others call me Rags, and so on.. I prefer to be called Rags.
